The Convenor will :
1. Liaise with the AICES Convenor to outline the requirements for their sport
2. Assist with selections as required at the AICES Trial Day
3. In consultation with the coach and manager recommend students for higher awards
4. Present a written report at an AICES Meeting
5. Attend (or delegate attendance) all CIS Sub-Committee meetings for their sport
6. Recommend dates and venues for the following season
